We only collect the personal data you choose to give us through the contact form on this website. This includes your first name, last name, work email address, company name, and any phone number or message you provide. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not collect data about your browsing behaviour on this site.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether and how we can help your organisation. Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us, under Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form enquiries for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or a set period such as 24 months, after which they are deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. Your form submission is processed through our website platform, Webflow, purely to deliver the message to us. We use no analytics providers and no advertising services.
Where your data is processed
Your data may be processed on servers operated by our website platform provider. Where any processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR.
